Character Gift

📢 Character Gift sends one of your characters to another player's account on the same server. Apply at Support.

1. Who can apply

• Both the sending account and the receiving account must be linked (guest accounts cannot). → How to link your account
• You can only send to a character on the same server.
• The sender must buy Character Gift in the shop.
• The receiving character must be on a different account (its name must differ from the sending character).
• Accounts with a gift restriction cannot apply.

2. How to apply

1. Check all of the conditions above.
2. In Support, choose Character gift and write the sending character name and the receiving character name.
3. We check the account links, the receiving character, the ticket, and restrictions right away, and the team tells you the schedule in a reply and by in-game mail.

3. Please note

• While it is processed, neither the sending account nor the receiving account can log in.
• Do not change the name of either character after applying. If a name changes, the gift cannot proceed.
• Please check once more that the character names are exactly right before applying.
• To cancel, leave a message in the same ticket before it is processed.
